I am super excited to share about a very cool product designed right here in California! I actually have been using the Hobby Holster (in PINK – of course) for about a year now. I love it because I keep it stored in my craft area at my home and I use it to hold my glue gun up on a small tile counter in my kitchen. I also love that I can use it at Create Studio during classes and it provides a silicone surface and my table will not be subject to excessive heat from my glue gun.
HOLSTER BRANDS has been featured on the Today Show, Huffington Post, Real Simple Magazine, Parade Magazine, Mollie Makes and OK! Magazine. I love this product because of its functionality and easy set up. All you do is place the flap of the holster on a smooth, clean and dry surface – you are then good to go to use the holster as a storage unit. Here are several other KEY features of the HOBBY HOLSTER:
- This silicone holder clings to any smooth surface
- Built in ruler
- Hold both large and small glue guns
- Heat Resistant to 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celcius
- 2 convenient spaces for your glue gun and glue sticks (or scissors, paint brush)
- Other suggested uses include as a curling iron
The slimmer version – LIL’ HOLSTER has some nice features too:
- This silicone holder clings to any smooth surface
- Keeps your dish brush out of the sink
- Dishwasher safe
- Holes in the bottom of the Lil’ Holster allow for draining and drying
- Perfect for any kitchen sink ~ the suggested use is for a dish brush. I used mine to store my favorite glue – Aleene’s Turbo Tacky in the “always ready bottle”.
They also have a cool HOT IRON HOLSTER product and its suggested use is for a bathroom for storage of a flat iron or curling iron. I think I need one of these for Christmas! As far as retail outlets, you can find Holster Brands are stores such as a Target, Ulta Beauty, QVC, Joann.com and many other retailers.
