I am so excited to share a wonderful gift idea for those people in our lives who help others – I’m talking teachers, coaches, daycare providers, gymnastics and ballet instructors, and anyone who helps you and your kiddos throughout the year! This idea is the gift of Udderly Smooth products. As you may know, I use Udderly Smooth daily – when I am getting ready for work AND when I am getting ready for bed. With this product, your skin will feel so indulged and Udderly Smooth products are definitely affordable (retail price is less than $10 for most products). Udderly Smooth products can be purchased at CVS.
When I asked my mom – a retired high school teacher why she thought thought Udderly Smooth products would be great for teachers she told me that “Teachers have caring hands” and to that I would say – they have caring hearts too! My dad actually still teaches as a college professor. As educators, my parents are top notch – they have always made me proud in how much they care for their students and access to higher education. Here are some of the awesome Udderly Smooth products that I have tried:
- Udderly Smooth Body Cream
- Udderly Smooth Hand Cream
- Udderly Smooth Foot Cream
The thing I love most about all of these creams is that it is soothing and not at all greasy. On a typical morning, I will apply the Body Cream and Hand Cream before I head to work. I don’t have to worry about having slippery hands, I just apply the cream and move on with my day.As a gift, these products are definitely both practical and thoughtful. Plus, they are already in a bright and cheerful container! Wrap these products in cellophane, add a bow and you are good to go. I made a mini “THANKS” banner – if you know me, you know I am all about giving gratitude to those who I appreciate. Teachers ALWAYS rank high on my list of people that are deserving of thanks and appreciation.
To make the mini “THANKS” Banner all you need is – with the right crafting supplies, you can make it in about 5-7 minutes!
- A small punch
- White/cream colored paper (I used cardstock.)
- Aleene’s Turbo Tacky Glue
- Alphabet Stamps and red ink
- Adhesive dots to place on your product (I used the Udderly Smooth Squishy Cow!)
Crafty Directions: First, punch your paper pieces, then stamp, and then glue to the twine. Once the glue has dried (give it about 10-15 minutes), then you can secure the mini banner to a container of Udderly Smooth Body Cream and voila – you have an awesome gift for a cool teacher.
